US domestic shipping
All domestic order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day; Unless otherwise stated in product description (i.e. Presale Items or Made to Order items that ship at a later date). Shipping costs will vary by region or territory, based on real time costs of each individual carrier. Free shipping on all orders over $100.
International shipping
All international orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping costs will vary by country or territory, based on real time costs of each individual carrier. Duties or fees may be due upon receipt of order and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURNS
RETURN COST
Shipping costs are on us for returns and exchanges. We want to provide you with the best possible customer service, and the most painless return and exchange process that we can.
30 DAYS TO RETURN
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. After that, any order that is not returned within an additional 15 days will not be refunded. Any exchange not made within this timeframe may be subject to inventory availability issues, at that point we will work with you to come up with a reasonable solution.
